Cancellation Policy – "Standard Rate"
The guest has the right to cancel the booking free of charge or modify the request up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
In case of cancellation beyond this period or failure to arrive on the agreed date (no-show), the hotel is authorized to charge the total cost of the confirmed services as a penalty. In case of early departure, the hotel is entitled to receive the full payment for the entire stay.

Cancellation Policy – "Non-Refundable Rate"
This is a discounted non-refundable rate; date changes and cancellations are not allowed. The total amount will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the penalty will be equal to the total cost of the reservation.
